Q: What is the minimum run of supplement products you will manufacture?
A: Our MOQ's are based on product weights (i.e. 500g, 2.25kg etc.) please contact us for more details.
Q: Do you charge a manufacturing setup fee in addition to the cost price?
A: Unlike other manufacturers we do not.
Q: What type of packaging can you supply for my own brand of supplements?
A: We currently stock; silver pouches, white and black plastic containers, white and black buckets, silver foil sachets and shake and take bottles.
Q: Is the packaging and label cost included in with the price displayed in your price list?
A: Yes it does. All prices displayed in our price list include packing and in-house print label.
Q: What flavours do you offer?
A: All our flavours are on our custom formulation page.
Q: Can you manufacture sample sachets that I can use for promotions?
A: Yes this can be done at a minimum cost.
Q: Does your company have any accreditations?
A: We have ISO9001 & 22000 and also a 5* HACCP Rating.
Q: Do you offer supplement drop shipping?
A: We can offer a drop shipping service on pallet size orders.
Q: Do your prices include free shipping?
A: Our prices do not incluse shipping. Shipping is charged at cost, we make no money on shipping charges and offer excellent rates.
Q: Do you have a product catalogue price list?
A: We have an interactive price list containing all our standard products. Please contact us for details.
Q: Are food supplements vatable?
A: All food supplements are vatable except for products that are for weight management in powder form. Our prices displayed do not display vat.
Q: Can I visit your company/factory to discuss my own brand of supplements?
A: Any new or existing customers are welcome to visit our facilities please contact us with dates of availability.

A: Yes we do, please look at our custom formulation page for more details.
Q: Do you offer product images of my finished product?
A: We use a company that does product image 3D renders at an excellent price that we've used
for many of our customers.
Q: How and when do I pay for my order?
A: All new customers are pay up front.
Q: Do you deliver to Europe?
A: We do not but we can get a quote for you from our shipping company.
Q: What is the minimum order for capsules, tablets and powders?
A: All MOQ's are on our price list catalogue please contact us for a copy.
Q: What is the average turn-around time?
A: Our turn-around time is 10 working days (after payment).
Q: Can I design my own label for my own brand label?
A: Yes our design team will work with you to make sure your label meets EU regulations.
Q: I already have a product, would you be able to offer me a better price?
A: Yes we can, this is called a formulation cost review (FCR), please contact us for further details.
Q: What level of printing do you provide for labelling supplements?
A: In house we can print a basic digital cmyk print onto a white paper label. We can get you quotes from labelling printing companies we use.
Q: In which format do you require label design artwork?
A: PDF or JPEG.
Q: Do you offer any label design templates for my own brand?
A: Yes we can offer a basic label design template.
